Early June 2017 I took a walk near Ashdown Forest and I took my medium format camera with me. Really I was looking for some good woodland shots for my Sussex series, and this is what I came up with.
This is a portrait taken of Rob in April 2017. It had it’s issues and has not quite got the outside feel I was intending. It’s definately got a Rob feel about it and for me that’s the main thing.
These pictures were taken on two visits with my father to a small area south west of the Standen National Trust House. On the first visit the weather was not good. It was thankfully dry but very damp and overcast.
